9.9.08 Catching a thief in the Night

I wasn't sure how this would turn out as I took it on a whim while I was driving. (I know...it's a bad habit.) Loved the streaming colors of the police lights more than the blurry hummingbirds I tried to capture on camera earlier in the day.
