10.8.08 Cheesy Garlic Bread



Nothing says lovin' like homemade cheesy garlic bread and partially burned cheese. Hooyah!

    Slightly toast an English muffin. Spread butter on it. Spoon on applesauce and then cover in grated cheddar. Broil until the cheese is appropriately melted, but the edges of the toast haven't caught on fire yet.
