I was at Panera Bread with a friend and my daughter when this guy randomly walked up to the building, set his parrot on a chair outside, then came inside and ordered some hot chocolate. Several minutes passed, and the patrons walking up were getting startled or weirded out by the bird's presence; it was like Candid Camera. XD We went outside to say hello, and my friend got to hold the 4-year old Lolita on her arm.
