Project 365: Photo Edition - One-Hour Salad

This is the only way I can eat salad ravenously. But it takes WAY too long to make. Granted, I did make enough for a giant container's worth of it. But still... This is dedicated to Soni because she has always struck me as someone who loves to eat leafy greens. I have no idea why. :oP
Project 365: Video Edition - How to Cube a Mango
Well, I am a big fan of mangoes. And I have probably eaten hundreds upon hundreds of them in my lifetime. When I was a kid, I just about always had a mango in my hand during mango season. And I also cut them up exactly the way the video shows. I make a fabulous mango cobbler.
ReplyDeleteMango cobbler--Ooo, now THAT I must try someday in my lifetime. How lucky to have access to so many wonderful mangoes as a child. They're one of the most delicious fruits I've ever had.
ReplyDeleteSorry I couldn't comment sooner! My phone doesn't like to comment on your blog :-)
